REFUND POLICY

7 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you're not satisfied with the product, Please file for a refund or replacement within 7 days of
delivery.
* Not applicable to Custom Orders
* Not applicable on orders shipped outside India.
* Not applicable on Seconds, i.e. Once an order is replaced or exchanged, it cannot be
exchanged/ replaced/ returned again. 
* All purchases made using discount codes or offers, will only be applicable for exchange and
replacements.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. A refund can be processed only after the product is received back at our concerned
warehouse. 
Suede items are only eligible for replacements as Suede is prone to catching dust in Indian
climate. 
If you wish to place a return or exchange request. kindly do so by sending us your info
on returns@hackneystore.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9289223332 with your Order ID/AWB
used to place/ship the order. Kindly ensure to share at least 3 images for us to analyse the
condition of the product.
After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to
you.
In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product
via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
***A restocking fee, depending on your pin code will be applicable in case of refunds.
